This arrived without the center divider, so I immediately called the company’s customer service number and requested that the center panel be sent to me. Meanwhile, I put the rest of it together because my hens were four months old and ready to start laying. It’s been at least three weeks now and I still don’t have the center panel which means the actual nesting boxes fall out. I’m so frustrated because this was expensive and my hens can’t even use it! I’ll either have to rig up a way to make it work without the bottom trays falling out, or I’ll have to take it all apart and send it back! Neither option is a good one. I’m so disappointed because I thought I was giving my girls a nice place to lay their eggs ...
