This isn't ammonia licorice....the salt reallly stands out but overall the profiles are sweet and complex. There are layers of flavor here....wonka like, if wonka was a danish licorice chemist. Held out a long time on getting this because of the price. It is fantastic and a lovely gift to share if you can withstand eating all of them yourself.
