It should have been able to remove the inside and wash it, instead you have to carry the whole thing, and try tom avoid wter from getting in the plug.Warms up your food pretty good but it take at least 45 mins to do so but over all I like it?I love this lunch box. No more dried out microwave leftovers. Heats my food very well. I use it every day. I bought this one after I spent $40 on the one seen on FB. That one took nearly 3 months to receive and when I got it the inside container was broke. It was nearly impossible to get a refund (lesson learn) I found this one on Amazon half the price and I love it!.Demora mucho para calentar pero ahí va bienConvenient you just plug it in and it makes lunch delicious hot and ready in about an hour depending on what you are hearing adjust the ready time.
