Product is good and holds all our cushions in the zipper bag. The assembly video they show is not for the large box. This box did not snap together but needed to be assembled with screws.Be careful with the O and D panels. Mine were either mismarked, instructions were backwards, or I can't read upside down drawing. I was being careful because of other comments on the two panels. You need to be sure the receiving screw hole on the panels are closest to the hinges on the top. These are for the lifts.I could not put the bottom on by following the instructions. The box needs to be right side up.This outdoor storage box is very nice! I have had it out on my patio since mid June and it has went through some pretty fierce thunder storms with NO leaking because of the zippered liner. You will get a little water (can usually be sucked up by one paper towel) dripping from the top lid onto the top of the inner liner when you raise the lid and the excess will run off the back of the lid. Assembly was fairly easy and all parts were included (even a couple of extra screws). I would definitely recommend having a electric screwdriver and a set of bits that fit into the small hex head screws as I first was using just the hex wrench that they provided and it was taking forever. However it went quickly after using the electric drill. Now for the last bit of news, My box arrived with just a couple of minor holes and nicks (none poking all the way through the heavy cardboard box). However upon opening the outer cardboard box I found the lid to the container box was severely cracked. I put some Gorilla Tape on the cracks and thought I would see how it did out in the rain. Answer, NOT GOOD!! There would be about a quart or more of water streaming in when I opened the lid after a rain. Good news, NONE of the water ever made it inside the zippered waterproof lining. I contacted the seller, sent some pictures showing the damage and asked if they would please send me a replacement lid. They replied that they would and about two weeks later it came (and in one piece)Box is sturdy and easy to assemble. Only issue is velcro inside box is not attached very well. When I repositioned the liner, the velcro came loose from the box.Rubberized insert/bag that keeps things waterproof break off of frame. The legs are cheap plastic and fall off when dragged.The box itself is great, right up until you have to put the liner in. The velcro is cheap as is the zipper. The liner is also about an inch or two too small. I don't hold out much hope that this set-up is going to keep things dry.Great piece! Keeps the water out. Great customer service!Never wrote a review had to for this. Was exactly what I wanted easy to put together,sturdy and good looking.Really nice box. Easy to build. Looks great. The zipped insert is a nice touch - keeps the spiders and mice out. Recommended.
