The center compartment needs bracing to help with zipping it open & close. I'm a driver by profession. Most of the time on the road, I only have 1 available hand to reach in my bag to get food. It's nearly impossible to zip the bag open with only 1 hand. And it is impossible to close it back with 1 hand! But I think if maybe some kind of hard plastic were installed in the "frame" or in between the insulation it would be better. I hope that makes sense.The bag was alright, however it broke and the zipper came apart after 6 months, threw it in the trash.The fabric material is good, plenty of space and compartments, however one of the zippers broke on my first tug to close it. The way it was packaged all squished down made it very hard to align the zippers and get them closed on the first go.It's great but unfortunately the zipper also broke with me even though I used it with care. I honestly really love the 3 compartments and everything about it, but one of the zippers broke and I tried fixing and it wouldn't fix and the the zipper just wouldn't close. Apart from that it got the job done. I did message the company and they sent me another one. I hope this one last me. Offers good protection for fruits as well, so my banana is not bruised. Food stays cold for 10 hrs with an ice pack. The expandable top portion is left to store dry snacks or a wallet I would recommend this item to be purchased again when it finally wears out. Excellent quality.Very happy with the quality of this insulated lunch bag, have been using it regularly since it arrived, love the different compartments to store different food containers easily and keeping the food in right temperature for quite sometime. Quite like the strap provided making it easy to carry around without any spillage.Where do I start. I just bought this for my husband, he used it one day and was incredibly disappointed in it. I wish I could give zero stars for durability and sturdiness. It won’t even stand up on its own, the sides are all bent and caved in and the zippers are terrible. Way way over priced, complete waste of money.
