Easy to assemble. Great for a variety of plyometric exercises. Very sturdy. I also use it for leg extensions with my resistance bands. Deducted one star because it has a strong smell that lingers.I use it every week with legs. It's extremely easy to put together and it is very sturdy. My one and only thing is when it's on flat ground (concrete floor) by itself, it seems very slightly off on the one side so it has a very little sway on one side when you step. It doesn't hinder me doing what I need to because it's such a minor sway but I wanted to mention it just to make aware. I love it though. Worth the price in my opinion.I have been using this almost everyday and I love it!!!! Buy it!!Not bad but could be strongerThis is perfect for altered exercises. With both knees having osteoarthritis it helps with altered exercises. Push ups, Burpee‘s and stretching.This was a pretty good deal. I bought this set of 3 platform step box trainers. They're very sturdy and easy to use. These came in pieces, but it came with all of the items needed to put these together including the instructions. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble. The are great for my kids to use to keep in shape and they are stable enough for the entire family to use. I like that these are able to nestle under each other to save space. We simply keep these in a corner until we're ready to use them.
