This is a very classy looking valet box. Our son is getting married this coming week, and we purchased it for his soon to be father-in-law as a special gift from us. It has very nice workmanship, and is rich looking. The detail is gorgeous. The inside is pine trimmed with a red velvet type lining at the bottom of the box. The inside is rather common, but will hold a lot of collectibles nicely. When I received this box, it was very difficult to open. I just sanded the inside pine sides with a fine sand paper, and that corrected this issue promptly. The man we are giving this to came to this country from Poland when he was 18 years old, and this box is made in Poland. We are thinking this will be extra special to him. I'm glad we found this box through Amazon, and are pleased to give this as a gift. He is a man who has everything, and we feel this will be something he will enjoy, plus it's beautiful as a display box on a coffee table, dresser, etc.
