My lab runs out of cardboard cryoboxes often, and whenever someone leaves one out without proper drying, they always go bad and have to be replaced. This product works well for my 1.5mL tube storage in the -80°C freezer (or event 15/50mL with the inserts removed), and the material is compatible with lab markers to label prior to storage, as well as adhering to lab tape (although doesn’t stick too well once it has already been in the freezer but dried). You’d be surprised how expensive a simple cardboard box gets, but for the price, this pack of six is a good deal and I will be definitely getting more as I fill up my freezer racks.
