I play guitar and pedal steel out of the same guitar amp and pedalboard rig, so I needed an instrument switcher. This little box does the job perfectly!! It has a tiny footprint so it's easy to fit on your pedalboard and the LED lights up either blue or red depending on which input (instrument) is live. And the switching between instruments is dead quiet, with no added noise to the signal path. It's really quite a deal for the price considering the convenience you get if you use two instruments on stage. Plus, Chicago Music Exchange were very prompt and courteous when I contacted them with questions about the item. I was not sure which version they actually had (the latest one has the updated graphic with the "AB" logo horizontally across instead of vertical) and they answered my question; it is in fact the latest one as pictured.
