The package arrived in perfect condition. It did take a little time to assemble. There were many screws, pins, etc. I thought the instructions were clear, though they were mostly diagrams with little text. All of the screw holes, etc lined up perfectly, though the smaller pilot holes were a bit difficult to see. Keeping a small flashlight on hand will help with that. I put it together myself. It wasn't too bad for one person. I left out the optional internal divider to give my cat a little more room. I don't need to store extra litter inside the box. Time will tell how my cat reacts to it. I like it. He's a cat.
