Turn off Breaker.2 Take pictures of how wires are connected3 unscrew the wires4 Push them through the back of the outlet extension4 Reconnect your wires ensuring good connection.5. Screw the long screws included into the bigger hole in the outlet. Tighten .5. Attach your face plate to the top screw holes tightly.With the screws tight the whole assembly will pull against the wall nicely.6 Turn on the breaker and testThis saved me from a wobble outlet that was sparking occasional.
