After obtaining Decaller's email address from Amazon support I sent an email and received a quick response that they would issue me new keys once I wrote a review. I did so and posted, however after almost a month I have not received the replacement keys. I will contact via email again regarding status.Very sturdy mailbox- it looks great on my doorI am very pleased with this mail box. It was easy to mount. Easy to install. I misplaced the keys and the customer service got right back to me for replacements.It's a beautiful mailbox but too heavy so I returned to.Love this mailbox! Looks clean and modern without it costing too much. Always getting compliments. Mailman loves it as well!This mailbox is great and very sturdy. We need a new key because we lost ours.
