I got these so I could start meal prepping lunches for work. I work out of my car so eat lunch in my car. These worked really well to prep salads and a small side of fruit & nuts. I was not sure how well spinach salad with boiled egg, sunflower seed, grape tomato and cucumber would hold up. But I divided tomato and cucumber in separate small compartment until the morning of and then filled with some berries. I was very happy salads held up all week in fridge! I bought all my same ingredients to do this same lunch- I like it that much! I usually end up eating berries & nuts as a snack and by the end of the day I haven't gotten to eat my salad until I get home. It's great for someone like me who has busy day and eats on the go. I like the options it provides. Washed in dishwasher and turned out just fine!
