In an attempt to size down from my larger metal filing cabinet, I purchased this file organizer because it appeared durable and I liked the fact that it was more compact than what I had. I am very happy with this purchase. I love the fact that it is able to be transported when I need to move it from place to place. It also holds a lot more than I expected, which is a huge plus, since, even though I purged a lot of documents, I still had many more. I have no knowledge of whether or not the cabinet is water resistant. It is a bit difficult to get the zipper closed, but I just think that with time it will work itself out. Overall, I am more than satisfied with this purchase.
