I purchased a necklace to give to my daughter, but unfortunately it did not come in any packaging worth presenting. This hinged velvet box is absolutely beautiful! No bits of hardened glue or rough edges, and no sticker on it to gum up the velvet!I do wish that the inside piece would lift up/out, to tuck the chain in, but it does not. There are two black elastic bands placed at either end which do hold the chain in place well, but because of the length it is doubled over - just as a personal preference I would have liked to have had the ends out of sight.
