Classic Laguiole style steak knife from Top Knife Collection. It has a 4-1/2" SS 420 forged stainless steel blade with a smooth sharp edge and front bolster with thumb support. Handle is made of solid stainless steel. The smooth sharp blade makes neat cuts, which improves the tasting experience. This is an elegant steak knife that combines well with any cutlery style. This is one of our top Classic French Laguiole steak knives. It has a stylish design and a significant weight (5.1 oz). It looks good in a formal table setting and it is especially appropriate for a formal dinner. A nice touch for any table or as a gift for people who enjoy steaks. Set includes two knives and a gift box.
Blade is 4-1/2" long and 3/32” thick (2.5 mm), full tang; and made of forged SS 420 stainless steel (0.15% carbon, 12% chromium), which is durable, corrosion resistant and ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Hardness is 58-60 RC.
Handle is made of solid stainless steel with a shiny finish. It has a front bolster with a thumb support.
Hand-washing and drying is recommended. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Made in China.
