This will allow you to reset the code to a new three-digit code of your choice. Turn the lock over onto its backside and look for a small post on the lower left side. The post will be in the default position A. - To create a new code, simply push the post over to position B. Now turn the lock back over to the front side. Press down on dials and rotate numbers to your desired three-digit code.Note: the three-digit code MUST be aligned to the middle hash mark in order to set. We suggest that you immediately write down your new code and keep in a safe place before proceeding to the next step. - The final step is important to lock in your new code. Note: keep the dials on the lock set to your new code while following the next step. Turn the lock over again to the backside and push the post back to position A. Now your lock is set to your new code. RESETTING THE LOCK - Anytime you want to change the lock to a new code, turn the dials to your last working private code and follow the steps for setting the lock.

I got this to keep my dad, who has dementia, from eating stuff he's not supposed to eat but that I like to have for myself in the fridge. Totally worked. I like that you can reset the combination in case it gets cracked. I might get a second one!Other people tend to partake food in the fridge if the owner of the food is not looking and food gets spoiled. That is the reason why I bought this. Now my food is safe. It's a good protection against glutons who love to eat other people's food.My 470 pound husband could not keep his hands out of the literal cookie jar. I told him choose me or the food. He hesitated, so I put the snacks in a box and locked it. Now we’re happy :)We decided to use this in the pantry to keep a dieting teenager from cheating. Works great!I purchased this for my mothers medication. It will serve the purpose but it’s really lightweight and could easily be tampered with. Unbelievable that it came with zero instructions. Nothing. I had to go back and read how to set the lock on the AD! WAY down at the bottom of the page. So for the money it will do but not impressed.This was super easy to assemble but it does feel a little flimsy. With a little effort it could easily be broken into. I do like that it's roomy and that it's clear so i can see what's in it at all times.This safe is okay. It's pretty basic, though. I use it to keep my students' phones safe at school so they aren't distracted during class, but one of my students was able to feel out the correct code by just listening closely to the reels and feeling for unique clicks.I have issues with my kids sneaking electronics at night. Well, I did anyway. This is perfect to help with that! And I also use it to keep my PSVR licked up until I get home from work. If I have to work late, the ease of changing the code means I can tell my son what it is and then just change it.Clearly we didn't use the lockbox for medicine, as the product name indicates it's designed for. I needed a clear lockbox for my modem for security reasons due to the type of work I do. The idea being that the reset button on the modem cannot be accessed. We have a fibre modem and it's home is behind out TV. We added a couple extra strategically placed holes for ventilation and wires, but this box worked perfectly for what we needed. I'm not not sure what else I can say about a clear, plastic box other than we have no complaints.First off, you have to snap together this plastic thing.I read the instructions. I set the code, it seems good to go, set it the last 3 digits of my phone. Put some stuff it in. Came back in 3 days.. code doesn't work, nothing even close works. So I wedge my finger nail into each side and yank, the top unsnaps and I can get at the stuff in it.. snapped it back together. So.. useless on all fronts.I used this to lock away my junk food so I don't eat it as often. My family members have the code so they can limit how much I eat.
