I would've given it five stars but it was a shipping issue. The hair is very soft, it had a slight smell, not bad but I washed and soaked it anyway. The hair did not frizz up from rubbing the back of your clothes. It came with more than enough to do a full head. I actually removed some that were installed. The length was true. Overall GREAT product!!Package came with 6 bundles I only needed 4 to do a full head adding more would’ve made my head too heavy. Only down side crochet loop is tiny so it’s difficult to loop through. Had to put crochet needle thru loop then hook end of braid and pull through in order to secure hair. For reference I’m 5’ 5 hair stops at mid hip .I love them.. many complimentsI was skeptical about these box braids being heavy but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!! I used all 6 packs because I like my hair too be full but it still isn't heavy. They had a few bends in them from the packaging but I soaked and washed them before installing and the bends came out for the most part. Would highly recommend!!!!I bought this item (144 strands) twice. The first time, I had very few complaints. There were some fly aways on the hair and I do struggle with that, but minor. The second time I purchased the product, they smelled terribly. Like feet. Stinky feet. I do not know if it's because of what they were placed next to or where they came from or whatever, but I was deeply disappointed.Love it still have it in
