My only complaint is that it arrived in a bubble wrap envelope instead of a box, so the packaging was all smushed. But thankfully, the product itself was fine. Just a heads up for anyone who keeps the box, though.These figures are outstanding. For a collector of all things fun, whimsical and beautiful I feel like I hit the jackpot with this collection. Very high quality material, good weight, excellent paint quality. In my book these are definitely made for display, not play, and I strongly recommend getting the full set of 12 if you can. The ONLY complaint I might have is the fact that you can't choose the figures you want. And even if you buy the complete set there's still a chance that you might get the mystery doll which I actually didn't want. I wanted the standard set, and luckily that's what I got.the Doll is so cute! The box that she came in was a little bit damaged but it was probably because of the shipment. She doesn't have a scratch on her or anything and she does have small part so I would be careful on losing them or around children.
