BEAUTIFUL box. Perfect for holding a watch. Really elegant and classyI do have to say the box itself is GORGEOUS with the gloss but it makes me nervous when closing a men’s watch. Not sure if this is the style choice of the seller but the pillow for the watch is VERY small like for a woman’s watch. Men’s watches barely if at all fit on it. The watch I got for my husband barely fits on it, the wrist band dangles off the pillow and the watch doesn’t even touch the top of the pillow because the watch is so much bigger and it’s a standard men’s watch, so it makes me nervous if I don’t put the watch in just right, the lid will push on the watch face. It is nice to not be able to see the pillow and it just looks like the watch is floating but it stands up so much I’m afraid of crushing it. ALSO, the gift box came absolutely destroyed so it’s totally unusable, which after seeing the reviews, isn’t an uncommon thing and the black box was very dusty. I would suggest investing in better protective packaging. I was very lucky my box didn’t come broken with how there was no cushion or anythingGreat finish and value.The first one was so beautiful I bought another one for a different ring! Great to store your precious rings. Excellent workmanship- literally perfect in every way.I ordered 3. 2 of the boxes arrived together, the 3rd one came a day later. The white boxes were noticeably dirty and were unusable! The black boxes were scratched but still nice however one of the 3 boxes did not have the white velvet covered insert to hold the jewelry in place causing me to have to make my own and I had to make 3 because I had to make all 3 boxes match so that was another inconvience I did not plan for.It was okay, but for over 30 bucks, just for the box that the real gift goes in, I wanted perfection. Otherwise I could use the cheaper box the necklace came in. Well the finish was "bruised" so not so perfect. I hope she doesn't notice until later. Maybe she'll think she did it, but quality control is needed here.This box is extremely well made. It is a glossy black color with no imperfections (top and bottom align seamlessly). The hinge is sturdy, you could drop the box and it will stay closed but it opens smoothly when you want to open it. Inside is white cushy felt and I can fit two size 6.0 rings side by side in the slit. Purchased for a proposal and I am going to use it at the wedding because it looks so nice.Made the gold hoop earrings I gave as a gift look even more stunning. Excellent presentation
